Vietnam SANY Service Tour Officially Launched

On June 28th, SANY held an expedition ceremony in Vietnam’s Guangming Industrial Zone, marking the official launch of the Vietnam SANY Service Tour.

Under the leadership of General Manager Yang Yang, Service Managers Xia Wangwang and Deng Zhiyang and other leaders of SANY Pumping International in Vietnam, more than 300 people attended the event, including SANY employees, local agents and clients, friends and service engineers.

SANY attaches great importance to the after-sales service of products in the Vietnamese market and has invested large amounts of manpower and spare parts to ensure timely service. At the launch ceremony, GM Yang Yang emphasized, "When it comes to customers, SANY's service is unimpeded, and our service department will always keep our word." SANY’s service concept is to " exhaust all means to ensure that SANY's service is unsurpassed", which has become the guiding compass for SANY service team members. The slogan "all for the customer" was adopted in this service tour. A series of service activities, upgraded service commitments and other measures were adopted to solve problems for customers.

For many years, in the face of the ever-changing international environment, especially the COVID-19 pandemic, SANY Servicing has maintained the commitment to provide quality services to customers. During the Vietnam service tour, professional service engineers from SANY Group and local agents will provide customers with high-quality services such as equipment inspection, troubleshooting, technical training and information support. The team is divided into three groups in southern, central and northern Vietnam. During the service tour, customers can enjoy quality services and benefits such as discounts on spare parts and whole-machine maintenance.

The Vietnam SANY service tour is underway, operating with the motto of “all for the customer”, aiming to create value for customers, listen to and address their concerns, and solve problems. This involves traveling thousands of miles and visiting thousands of customers, all while gathering thousands of SANY customers’ hearts.
